Felix Mulindangabo is a monitoring and evaluation professional with 10 plus years of experience in leading evidence and learning for development and emergency projects. He currently works with World Vision Rwanda and provides support to the MEL component of Regreening Africa project in Rwanda. He holds MA of Development studies and MSc of Public Health.
