Constance L. Neely is a senior consultant to World Agroforestry (ICRAF) on integrating research, practice, and policy and co-founder of the Stakeholder Approach to Risk Informed and Evidence-Based Decision Making (SHARED Decision Hub), created in 2012 to tackle complex decisions. With a Ph.D. in agroecology, she also serves as a system change catalyst, trainer, engagement, and foresight specialist on topics related to climate change, food systems, and ecosystem resilience, focusing on landscapes and livelihood linkages. Constance is an internationally certified facilitator and convenes multi-stakeholder and cross-sectoral processes using actionable evidence for integrated approaches to advance sustainable development outcomes. She worked with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO, Rome) for over 20 years on sustainable and climate-smart agriculture, sustainable land management, systems evaluation, strategic planning, and multi-stakeholder processes for scaling impact. Constance carried out related efforts for the World Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the CGIAR, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA), The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and several International Non-Governmental Organizations.
