Arnolda has over eight years’ experience in Strategic Communication and Public Relations.

Her experience has seen her work in the US, UK and Kenya in various roles including as a college radio talk show host, spokesperson for a political party, Communication advisor for a Cabinet Secretary, set up a UK based PR agency in Kenya and lead successful award winning PR campaigns in various organisations among other roles.

She has worked with various organisations including The Kofi Annan Foundation, Mo Ibrahim Foundation, Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Kenya Maritime Authority, Africa Progress Panel (APP), and Kenya Red Cross Society.

Prior to joining Kenya Breweries Limited, (KBL) Arnolda was the Group Account Manager at RedHouse Public Relations where she led award winning PR campaigns, worked on successful public affairs and stakeholder engagements for various clients.

KBL has a deep and fundamental strategic commitment to making a sustainable and meaningful contribution to the socio-economic development of the societies in which it operates.  In her current role as Head of Sustainability & Community Engagement, Arnolda is responsible for developing, championing, and managing KBL’s Sustainability strategy, policies and programmes.

She is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, Washington DC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Public Relations) from Concordia University, Minnesota, USA.

A connector, she is a self-proclaimed foodie, a world traveller and avid runner on a mission to break a sub 2:00 half marathon finish.
